The KISS ("Keep It SImple and Stupid") version of the foaling alarm : EquiAlert is a GSM alarm which detects the lying of the mare, and alerts you on your phone. A transmitter is put on the mare's halter, the alarm must be at less than 100 m of the transmitter, a active SIM card of the mobile phone provider of your choice, and you receive a call or a SMS when your mare is lying.
It's possible to watch several mares with several transmitters. It can also alert you of a fire with an optional fume detector, or a intrusion with an optional movement detector.
A cheap but efficient solution for everyone.
Since the cheaper yet solution EquiAlertDroid was released last year, EquiAlert is now seldom sold. The product isn't therefore in stock. Please inquire if you think this is the product you do need.
